A hands-on electrical contractor

MKT Electrical is a trading style of MKT Contractors Ltd, run from Nottingham and covering the wider East Midlands. When you get in touch, you deal directly with the people responsible for delivering the work — not a call centre or a layer of account management.

MKT started as one electrician taking on domestic and commercial work across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and has grown into a business capable of handling domestic, commercial and industrial electrical projects side by side — including fire alarm and emergency lighting installation. That hands-on background is still how the business runs: problems get solved on site, not passed up a chain.

Our electricians are individually qualified and experienced across the full range of work MKT takes on. Where a larger project needs more hands or a specific specialism, we bring in appropriately qualified additional personnel and subcontractors to deliver it properly — without pretending to be a bigger operation than we are.
